An AI-assisted grading and assessment platform for higher education — built by academics, for academics. The project also hosts a Community of Practice on AI in Higher Education.
Research programme
Leadership pedagogy for advanced retail curricula
The doctoral programme of work: four-phase qualitative study, LDPMI application, curriculum analysis and the Frazer Future Leadership Framework. Outputs continuing into 2026 journal publications.
Retail leadership maturity
Assessing how retailers develop leaders, via the leadership development process maturity index — published in SAJHRM (2025) with Prof L.M. Hewitt.

AI acceptance & adoption

Retail customer experience
